Instructor
I have over 25 years in IT starting with EDS as a Software Engineer, Team Leader, Project Manager leading to my PMP certification, of that over 17 years in the Agile/Scrum/Kanban space starting with the Air Force Safety Center where I received my CSM training from none other than Ken Schwaber. Quickly following my Scrum Master experience, I dove deeper into the Agile/Scrum space and became an Agile Coach with over 15 years’ experience teaching, training and coaching teams in various industries and in many different contexts. I have worked with individuals, teams, ARTs and RTEs along with Executives and Managers. I am a well experienced SPC with SAFe from leading a SAFe for Teams training class at Cigna to establishing ARTs and facilitating SoS ceremonies on top of the team-level Ceremonies at Fidelity Investments, CitiBank and 7-Eleven’s Store Support Center. Over the years, I have come to cherish and promote…almost drive…the professionally delivered consistent message in my training as well as the training provided by any other Agile Coach in our Coaching Office.
