Description

The AIBE Examinations are to be held in February 2023. This Course is made in mind keeping the examination pattern and the marks allotted to each paper.

Module-I comprises lectures on the Criminal Procedure Code (10 marks), Indian Evidence Act (8 marks), and Indian Penal Code (8 marks) which sums up to a total of 26 Marks as per the AIBE Syllabus.

The Course is made keeping in mind that the Students and young budding Lawyers, do not have a lot of time to study and retain the whole of these enactments. Hence, this course is made to ease their learning and to keep them as interested in the course as possible. We have also included a lot of real-life scenarios, case laws, and have tried to make this course relatable.
