Carolin is a tech entrepreneur with focus on B2B solutions. She has already inspired hundreds of international decision-makers with her keynotes and workshops, explaining digital innovation and the necessary technical and process background. Next to many other media features, Sifted by Financial Times listed her and her Cybersecurity EdTech Cyttraction among the "Pioneers of the new world".
Cyttraction's mission is to offer IT security training so attractive that users would voluntarily complete it in their free time and pay for it with their own money. Especially with an eye on future generations who have grown up with social media and gamification and whose attention span is continually decreasing. While selling enterprise license packages, courses for kids, teens, parents and teachers are donated for free.
Next to her day job at Cyttraction, Carolin is the founder of cdt digital group and Mahina Diverse Tech Accelerator, a support and seed investment program for diverse (hardware) tech founders. She holds a political science/ economics diploma from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and later studied computer science and engineering. Carolin is also a certified data protection officer (EU GDPR) as well as IT Forensics CERT specialist and active white hat hacker. Carolin has been immersed in technology and coding since her teenage years and started with building websites and an online community for local rock bands during school days.
Before founding her own business at 27, Carolin worked in legal, finance and for Germany's biggest venture builder during their IPO year. While implementing her own tech related impact projects within her cdt digital group, Carolin is also an alumni at ONE. The fight against extreme poverty as well as overcoming the digital skills gap are particularly important to her.
She is a regular keynote speaker and panel participant at international events and shares her experience with young entrepreneurs in an exclusive coaching group.
