What will this course include?
1. Every lesson has at least 1 exercise, so make sure you always have a pen and paper ready or print out the file attached as your "Work Book"
2. There will be mindfulness exercises and awareness moments during the course itself
3. I will mostly talk about different topics in a story telling way of my own personal experiences and really want you to reflect this on yourself

How do we see self love, and what does self love mean?

Reflect on the answers you gave.
Find yourself in the answers, and create more awarenes of your qualities that you have to offer, or might want to become better at.

We have thoughts all the time, but do we know what they are, and what effect they might have?
-- What we think, has a effect on what we do. Change what you think and you can change that you do. --
A new way to challange your own belief systems. How do the things you believe, affect your mood? And are the things you believe the reality or things you are saying to yourself?
You will receive a tool that will help you to challange your own thoughts.
Knowing what habits are and how are habits a part of your brain, and what happens when you try to change a habit.

After this lecutre you will be able to find ways to lift your mood up, and find things to do that you like.
You will also be reminded that having a bad day is not a bad thing.

Having a bad day does not always need t be a bad thing.
It is something human and your feelings are allowed to be there, so sometimes it is good to be aware of the feelings and just feel very bad for a day.
-- Having a bad day, does not have to mean that you have a bad life --
Our inner child is a part of us that sometimes has been ignored. It can be very interesting to start realizing what our inner child is saying and it can hide emotions and feelings about ourself that we possibly did not realize before.
In this lesson I want you to know how much influence people sometimes can have over us.
I did share a extra resource with a interesting video whch also shows the effect of influence and believing in something.

-- Influences are needed to take actions, and can help to create better choices in the future --
As you have seen in the quiz, there are different methods of how we are being influenced and also how we personally influence other people. This can happen with very small things already.
It can be a great benefit for yourself and others to influence eachother in a positive and supporting way. The best way to do this, is by communicating. Set a goal, let people know about the goal and advice them what you expect from them.

This course includes multiple excersices and even an ''Self Love Bucketlist''!
It is a very interactive course and it is recommended to put the information into practice. You will have the biggest benefits if you really take the time and possibly even repeat the course a couple of times, as you might gain new perspectives and insights based on the number times you watch this and do the exersices.
The more you repeat excersices over time, the bigger benefits on the long term you will have.
I want to be very realistic: increasing your self love takes, a lot of time, effort, determination and repeating the excersises.
All the information I shared is based on my own life experiences and shows tools I learned over the course of the past 8 years. Where I went from a critical depression and ''hating myself'' to the ''self loving'' adult I am today. Today I truely believe myself when I look into the mirror and say''I Love You'' to myself. And this is something special that I really wish for everyone and therefore I created this course with a small portion of the tools that I received over time!
With this course I hope to help you with a step into the right direction, so that you will love and care more for yourself.
Know that there is no ''right or wrong''. Everybody is different and therefore everybody will benefit from different methods and exercises. Some more than the other. Use your own experiences, own perspectives and own feelings while doing this course, as that will help you the most to get closer to yourself and with that..... self-love.
