I am a mental health professional, who is deeply passionate about the relationships that make up our lives. I believe that these relationships- like marriages, friendships, and relationships with our children, siblings and own parents- ultimately determine our quality of life. And I want your life to be better tomorrow than it is today.
I have experience working with people and families from many different walks of life. I have worked with at-risk youth, and adoptive families, as well as people who are trying to overcome major physical health issues. My experience has led me to hold even more firmly to the old adage of "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies, and an M.S. in Couples and Family Therapy. I am a wife and mother of 3, and am an eternal optimist who is always trying to find the silver-lining.
