It is a live version of the book, "Improve Your Life in 80 Days." It was designed as an easy, low daily commitment course to get to know yourself, realign with who you are, what you want, your values, goals, and the direction you'd like to go in life. It's often difficult to be objective on our own lives, and few take the time to really get to know themselves. This course makes it easy to do both, and to give you a clear picture of your life and how to proceed.
