    Hello, I pray that this course I is a blessing to you and that you are ready for the next steps in your journey. I designed this course to be a training tool for people who want to bring anger management into their everyday lives.

    The concepts in my book I Love Anger will help you manage anger. Using this book along with the course you will understand anger and its effects on you. How can you effectively manage anger in a powerful way?

    I wrote I Love Anger for those who want to discover who they are. I want you to take a walk in my shoes and see for yourself that in some ways you and I are the same. We all have asked ourselves “Why am I so upset about this issue?” and “Why can’t I shake it?” I foresaw my life ending if I continued to allow anger to consume every aspect of my life. I had to change. Do you really and truthfully want a change?

    This course is for the ones who feel they are depressed, suicidal, addicted, abused, rejected and unloved. I ask let us be real with ourselves today. Let our hearts and minds be open to new ideas and ways of thinking. I will be here every step of the way. You will read the following pages of the book of I Love Anger and then complete each session. I will take you on a journey of my life and hopefully you will see yourself and find a way your way to freedom.
