Ignite your Intuition Pt1

We are all born with intuition. Science has proven that babies and young children have intuitive abilities. Yet, many of us have journeyed through life, since childhood, unconscious of our gift. And, so, like an unexercised muscle our intuition has grown weak.

In order to invite intuition to play a pivotal role in our everyday life, it’s important to not only ignite our intuitive gifts but to also strengthen, develop, and enhance our intuitive muscle.

When you tune into your natural-born intuitive gifts and follow the guidance, the hints, and the nudges, that your intuition gives you each and every day, you’ll find that your life becomes much more aligned and flows smoother.

So how do you tune into your intuition?

How do you ignite (or should I better say ‘re-ignite’) and strengthen it?

Well, the first step is to understand and quieten the chattering monkey in your mind, the voice that tries to keep you safe but, in so doing, keeps you small and, with its chatter, drowns out the wisdom and guidance of your loving intuition.

In this part of the course, part 1, you’ll, therefore, learn to recognise the voice of the monkey mind so you can decipher when it’s running amok and when your intuition is quietly and lovingly guiding you. With a plethora of practical techniques, you’ll learn how to quieten the monkey mind. You’re not going to shut the monkey mind off completely as it does serve a purpose in your life. However, there is a time and a place for its purpose so it’s important to understand when and how to turn its volume down.

When your monkey mind is better ‘cared for’, your intuition can then step forward and, with support and practice, you can exercise this weakened muscle until it grows strong and your intuition becomes a part of your everyday life so the choices you make are in better alignment with your higher self.

Our intuition can take on many forms (or clairs) and, through this part of this course, part 1, you will understand the first two primary clairs, clairvoyance and clairaudience, what they are and where there might already be signs of these intuitive gifts playing a role in your life. You’ll also have access to a variety of practical exercises designed to activate, strengthen, develop, nurture and ignite your intuitive gifts of clairvoyance and clairaudience. And, if you’re an angel or oracle card reader, you’ll understand how you can use your newly ignited intuitive gifts in your card readings.

This is a very practical-based course with a medley of meditations, visualisations and exercises that you can practice, on repeat, because our intuition is just like a muscle; once re-discovered, re-ignited and re-activated, it can only become strong through regular exercise.
