    We will start with the general guidelines for the Speaking component of the IELTS examination.

Requirements

  • English level: B1+ minimum (Intermediate) Students should be able to communicate using basic grammar and vocabulary. They must be capable of forming sentences, describing experiences, expressing opinions, and sustaining short conversations. Ideal starting level: B1+ to B2.
  • Ability to participate in spoken interaction Students should be comfortable: speaking in full sentences, asking and answering everyday questions, engaging in short discussions or exchanges.
  • Basic knowledge of everyday topics Candidates should be familiar with common IELTS Speaking themes such as: family, education, hobbies travel, food, culture daily routine, technology, work/study life
  • Ability to understand teacher instructions in English Students need sufficient listening skills to follow explanations, feedback, and exam-style questions.
  • Access to basic tools For both in-person and online classes, students should have: a notebook or speaking journal, stable internet (if online), working microphone/earbuds (if online).
