We will also scrutinise the many data sources that can be used to profile procurement fraud risk within an organisation. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of the complexities of procurement fraud and how it can occur and be able to create a procurement fraud risk matrix that you can use to profile organisation procurement fraud risk and as a briefing tool for senior management.
