Implementing the ideas approved by the Sponsor organization using Agile methodology.

In this course we will explain the funnel idea generation process
Whenever we are faced with a problem to solve (in personal life or in professional life) we often hover quickly from problem to solution, in the urge to make progress and solve the problem. Very often we don't step back and thinking:
- did I understand really the problem that I am trying to solve?
- did I consider all the possible/thinkable solutions to address it?
- have I selected the right ideas based on objective criteria instead of my/team feeling?
- why is my idea generation always ending up with traditional ideas? what about disruptive innovative ideas?
These are pitfalls of "wanting-to-start and making progress"
Resulting in addressing the wrong problem, or implementing a solution that it's not quite right.
Funnel idea generation process is there to cover these pitfall. It's a process for systematically generate ideas
4 steps:
1) Problem statement clarification
2) Idea generation and idea selection
3) Plan development
Including a dedicated section on how to bring innovative ideas from non-financially sustainable to financially sustainable
