Welcome dear friends
this is a short course about a Danish concept that has taken the busy world by storm 'Hygge'. Let us enjoy each others company and simplify our lives in a gentle profound manner to bring back that inner spark of joy.
Please be aware that Udemy asks you to review all courses very early. Generally way too early to get into the nitty gritty of the course. You do not have to review at this time, it is your option to review later.

"And don't we all, with fierce hunger, crave a cave of solitude, a space of deep listening
full of quiet darkness and stars, until finally we hear a syllable of God echoing in the
cave of our hearts?" Marina Weidekehr

Enjoy this inspirational moment, it is important that we grant ourselves time to reflect on the gifts that abound
The true reason for ritual and ceremony is to support us to connect with our inherent intuition and from there to be in relationship with the natural flow of planet and people in an authentic and beneficial way. This connection has always existed and it is simply a matter of shift in perspective and perception.
Please the proactive and be the change you wish to see. Faithfully record every Hygge moment you have in this day and the days to follow. It maybe that there are none, it maybe that there are many. The record helps to inspire you draw you deeper into the coziness of your soul.
Mantra is an amazingly powerful yet simple tool to have in your toolbox of tricks to bring a little Hygge, a little coziness to your soul. It is more than something you mutter, you feel it, it becomes your dreams and reflects back to you as life.
Mantras resonate deep within us, try it today and you will start to enjoy the vibrational flow that connects us all.
We all feel the great disconnect from this modern day life. Choose to change, choose to be the best you. It is amazing that simply going for a walk WITHOUT your phone, your ipod make make a big difference. Disconnect and reconnect with the natural pace set by the seasons.
Add to the wonder of this meditation by chanting the simple mantra "ong so hung" as your breath leaves you.
The meaning is both the simplicity and profound. Ong means "the creative consciousness," and So Hung means “I am that.” Thus when we choose to chant Ong So Hung we see our innate connection with the universal wisdom. The mantra affirms "In every cell of my being, I am the universal creative consciousness. We are one.”
Engage and acknowledge and honour your own creative power, as well as your divinity and your connection to all conscious beings.
Through repetition, you elevate your own energetic vibrations. These then come into alignment with those of the universe and creative consciousness.
Enjoy
There is always time when you choose to create time. No one is that time poor that they must deny themselves a little "heart time"
Sleep is so essential. There are deep meditation techniques like Yoga Nidra that may also assist you when are exhausted and need some time out.
What inspirational books have you read lately? I often dive into "Women Who Run With The Wolves" a timeless classic by Clarissa Pinkola-Estes. Go to your bookshelf and see what gems you can unearth. Second hand shops and markets are great places to pick up some inspirational books.
Walk without a destination. Let go the busy thoughts and connect with the day and place where you are. Choose to find that quiet part of you.
Connect and re-connect with your family, your friends, your neighbours. Isolation maybe good for introspection however the breath that connects us all - feeds us all.
I invite you to meet with people who are NOT like you!
Most of us have a tendency to surround ourselves with people like ourselves. Through this we can develop a pretty narrow view of the world. This may in turn lead to what is called "confirmation bias" and a limited understanding of the world as a whole. It is when we reach out side of our boundaries, our spirits soar. We discover that although different we also have much in common.
Random acts of kindness not only help others, they also help you in more ways than you can imagine. Your are challenged to perform at least ONE random act of kindness everyday for a week at see how it quietly lifts your spirits.
The more we receive
There are two worlds out there seemingly existing side by side,
rubbing shoulders with each other, one world goes on its dayto-
day business unaware of the other.
In one world the people are deeply engaged in a life long
struggle and burning for power, they are driven by lust and
greed.
In the other world, it almost appears
unrelated, maybe a different planet for
there is only grace, and the mandate to
create.
Which world are you choosing?
When our vibration is high, every cell
in our being is ecstatically vibrating,
we allow and maintain positive
experiences. When it lowers we move
into our wounded selves. Breathe
deeply going deep inside, ask your
inner guides, your Shiva and Shakti
gods within to alchemise and raise you
higher.
Breathe softly and long, melting,
unwinding, releasing, creating the
space within for love to enter.
Allow magic to happen and it will.
Creating your own sacred space lets you express your very human need for ongoing spiritual nourishment. Whether it's at at work, at home, or anywhere else such as a hotel room. We we decide to dedicate and create sacred space we benefit for the centred peace and dedication it brings.
Understanding that everywhere is sacred leaves us understanding that we must protect our Earth mother and treat her with respect. We may take, however we must give. It is beholden that we understand it is our duty to leave to world a better place for our childrens' children.
"Inside the silence we find truth. We wither and we bloom. We grow into and out of people and relationships and entire lives, both lived and unlived. We learn the boundaries and edges of ourselves" Jeanette LeBlanc.
Hygge De- Clutter - clutter equates to fear.
Here is a mantra for you to work with "I slowly get rid of clutter, and in doing so, I release my mind of these attachments and fears". Repeat it several times and with meaning daily.
For any of your de-cluttering efforts to work first we undergo clearing to alter your mindset. Hygge and clearing is not something you "do" or pack into your life. 'Hygge' is a way of life - a pathway - that doesn't always go in a straight line, my Swedish husbands favourite expression for it is 'cringly crongly' - the meandering path (in Engish - another that does not really translate). To de-clutter is more than "getting rid of." It's about letting go of the things and thoughts that get in the way of realising your true gentle nature and coziest way to live your life.
To seriously be able to de-clutter you need to slow down. Clearing old habits and resisting behaviours is not possible until you slow it ...way... down. Embrace the quiet you.
"I slowly get rid of clutter, and in doing so, I release my mind of these attachments and fears." Repeat this mantra daily with love and commitment to be the change you wish to see.
During this meditation we will use the visualisation of the ocean washing over you, cleansing the debris, the clutter in all its forms that no no serves.
Enjoy
Keep it simple sounds easier than it actually is sometimes. Living a life defined Hyggligt principles asks us to embrace togetherness, with family, friends, and neighbours, candlelights, and the smell of a joyous prepared meal. Have fun and enjoy the environment you live it, de-clutter and make it a reflection of you.
All these tricks assist you start to feel good; it’s a matter of living it, liking it, loving it and being together with people whom you genuinely enjoy.
Blessings to you all dear friends for finding your way here to be with me on this magical day.
What would it be like to live the life you were meant to live? To have the world around you in alignment with your inner self? What steps can you take to draw what you are seeking into your life?
