2. Example of KPI system creating for some universal Business Structure processes.

To KPI system creating, we will use the Business Structure Metamodel in IDEF0 notation and based on the Metamodel, we will create KPI systems for Departments:

  • Administrative;

  • Marketing;

  • Supply;

  • Production;

  • Sales;

  • Logistics;

  • Financial support;

  • Personnel support;

  • Legal support;

  • IT support.

By combining KPIs from the examples presented in the course, you can get the resulting KPI system for a wide range of Business.

3. Create a Monitoring Systems for 3 main use cases in tabular form in Excel or similar spreadsheet editors available in each office that helps Management analyze the state of the Business and make decisions:
