After completing this section, participant will be able to describe and define the ADDIE Model and answer questions regarding creating and developing a Training and Development course.
Participant will be able to answer questions regarding evaluating a training class and performance appriasal. A student will also be able to define the SMART Model.
Be able to identify, understand and apply the Wage and Hour Laws listed in this section.
Understand recruiting and interview dos and don'ts along with the WARN Act.
List of Landmark Court Cases that influenced Employment Laws and Employer Qualifications for those laws.
Be able to identify appropriate strategies during organizational change and define particular Leadership Styles.
Be able to identify and define vocabulary, Acronyms and more information related to the HR field and understanding of topics that may be on the HR Certification Exam.
This course is created as a study tool for preparation to take the Human Resources exam. While it contains information that possibly would be on the Senior Level Exam, it is not meant as a tool on the Senior Level. It does cover the following:
Labor Laws, Acronyms, Vocabulary, Organizational Change Strategies, Leadership Styles, Recruiting, Termination Requirements and Lay Off Processes.
