Instructor
Ruth Stalker-Firth, PhD (EPFL), began lecturing human-computer interaction back in 2001 and over the years has also taught web technologies, cognitive science, IT security and biometrics. She has worked as a web designer, UX consultant and programmer, and written software for bridge monitoring, engineering plants, steel rolling mills, exhibition centres and architectural firms. She blogs about her experiences on her website which gets over 1.3 million hits a year.
