Introduction to a solution-based course that provides you a direction to have a low-cost marketing automation that is within your budget. In the introduction, I recommend a system that you would start your marketing automation first in case you are finding the existing solutions expensive.
This lecture will help you understand what exactly are we trying to achieve here. How the dots really connect to each other. How the 3 tools connect with each other and what is the final objective we are trying to achieve. This is having a process map in order to layout the blueprint and how we get to the end result.
In this lecture, we take our first step of configuring MailChimp according to our needs that will help us initiate the automated email which can be scaled later.
Configuration of Landing Page, CRM as well as Forms to make it feasible to send customer first name, last name and email (in this use case) to MailChimp to make it possible to automate email sending.
This is a critical step where we connect HubSpot with MailChimp and make the connection work. The new contact is added into HubSpot through the manual process or through a landing page should immediately get an email from MailChimp. This takes some time to connect. And if its not connecting, you need to wait 5-10 minutes for the first time.
In this video lesson, we check how the email is being received through the automation we have created. The point to note here is that it reaches Gmail or any other mail client like Yahoo, Outlook in the same way in the Promotions or Update folder as a normal promotional email. We can also make it reach the inbox as well, however, it depends purely on the content of the email and the domain authority.
This is not a stop, this is just the beginning :-). Once your first automation starts working, it does not matter if one data comes into your HubSpot CRM or more. They will all receive automated emails through MailChimp at a fraction of the cost compared to HubSpot's Marketing Pro.
I have designed this course to teach entrepreneurs and solopreneurs to set-up their first automated email for free using HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier.
Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs know the importance of having a CRM. HubSpot offers them a free CRM with up to 1 million contacts upload and 2000 Manual email send in their HubSpot's Free Version. However, the real strength for which HubSpot is known is its Marketing Automation which comes with high cost.
This course will guide you through a step-by-step process of how to connect your HubSpot CRM (Free or Paid) with MailChimp and start sending your first Welcome Email.
Once you find this working, you can keep MailChimp as your primary source for email marketing and keep using HubSpot's Free CRM to get all data from different Landing Pages and connected websites.
Entrepreneurs who learn this technique keep scaling it up using their Digital Marketing process. They get leads into their CRM using Facebook or Google Ads and once they in the CRM an automated welcome email starts sending using MailChimp.
Once they find its working, then they go on further to create drip campaigns in MailChimp using HubSpot CRM Leads Data. The system from there takes care of itself when you don’t have to send any manual email and you can focus on your business.
