This course is specifically designed for learners aiming to join an HR department in an Indian organization. It provides a detailed overview of all processes and functions performed by HR departments in India throughout an employee's tenure.
Human Resources (HR) is a crucial department in any business, focused on managing the most valuable resource: labor or human capital. HR functions begin with manpower planning or workforce planning, extend through employee engagement, employee communication management, and conclude with employee separation and full and final settlement.
