In this module, I will help you define your beliefs in the area of courage, especially those that are likely to limit you. I will teach you to change them into ones that will serve to build an attitude of courage. We will focus on strategies for developing this attitude and how to practice it.
I will prove to you that HR is an important part of the business. Together we will work on your beliefs in the area of this attitude, potential barriers that prevent you from being comfortable in the position of a business partner. I will also invite you to define what you want to achieve in the area of business partnership and why.
It is a time of self-reflection and an exercise in strengthening what you have achieved so far.

Although these three words may sound pompous, for me they are nevertheless all tenets of a motivating working environment. We will consider how to develop them, which path to take to support the development of this very HR attitude and what you would like to achieve in this area.
After sensitivity, ethics, fairness and consistency, we head to the other extreme of HR attitudes: to numbers, ratios and metrics. Can you imagine a sales manager who doesn't know what sales revenue to deliver or how many products he has on offer? Similar KPIs can also be found in HR. Together, we will reflect on your beliefs on this topic and work out a development path appropriate to your level of experience.
In this module, we will work on an attitude that is often heavily encased in limiting beliefs, which are huge barriers to its development. The ability to create, innovate and pioneer is often already constrained within us starting with infancy. Together, we will try to tackle the traps of thinking about creativity and create your strategy to strengthen this very attitude.
Understanding and promoting technological solutions, understanding trends and creating solutions to meet future needs, with the current advances in technology and the dynamics of society-wide change around the world, all of this is a necessity, not a choice. Tomorrow starts today. This module will give you an understanding of what this means in the HR industry and how to build the HR competencies of the future today.
In this module, you will learn what specific actions and qualities help you build a solution-oriented attitude. A positive attitude is not a piece of cake for everyone. However, it is worth knowing what results come from adopting such an attitude and how to build your strategy for positive, solution-oriented communication step by step. It simply pays off.
It is a time of self-reflection and an exercise in strengthening what you have achieved so far.
As a team we can achieve more in virtually every aspect. The knowledge, skills and ideas of a team will always be broader than those of an individual. To build a team, however, one must first answer a question we ask ourselves relatively rarely: what teams are you part of? In building a team player strategy, we will turn our attention to the benefits of being a team member and the value we ourselves bring to the team.
This is the most important, fundamental attitude not only in professional life, but also in private life. To grow, it is not enough to simply develop in one's favourite field. We will approach the development process methodically and consciously.
We will consider what beliefs support us in strengthening this trait and define our own strategy for development, taking into account the competences needed in your position and in your company.
