This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
250 tools for digital HR in one course: 127 ready-to-use prompts, templates, question lists and checklists, 106 HR and AI services and apps shown on screen, plus 17 models and methods.
Open a lecture, see the service, take the prompt or checklist, use it this week.
Why choosing HR software is hard
There are hundreds of HR systems, and every vendor demo looks good. HR teams buy a platform after two calls, discover in month three that it does not fit their process, and live with it for years. To choose well you need to see many tools side by side and know what to ask.
What changes after this course
You see the market on screen: HR systems, applicant tracking, performance and OKR tools, learning platforms, chatbots and AI assistants. For each area you get a checklist of what to check and questions for the vendor. And you get ready prompts that let you do routine HR tasks with ChatGPT today, before any system is bought.
New: Workday HCM on screen
A separate lecture walks through Workday HCM step by step on mockup screens rebuilt from public Workday job aids: the home page, the worker profile, a time off request and its approval, a job requisition and learning enrollment. It comes with a Workday Demo Scorecard for your own vendor demo.
What is inside: 250 tools, counted file by file
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool and every service inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I have automated HR work with specialised systems across two companies where I worked. I used BambooHR for employee and leave records, onboarding, offboarding checklists and analytics. I managed performance in 15Five and recruitment in Lever, while Zoom and Calendly supported meeting arrangements. We used Slack to inform employees and Confluence for knowledge and learning, giving each of those activities a dedicated tool. This experience informs the system selection tools in this course.
How to use the course
Watch the first four sections to see the main classes of HR software. Then open the AI and ChatGPT sections for your HR area: section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
What is included
Where to start
Take one HR task you repeat every week. Open the ChatGPT lecture for that area, copy a prompt and run it today. Then watch the lecture on the software class you are choosing and take its checklist to your next vendor call. Enrol now and start your first lesson today.
