Description

This course is designed to teach the absolute beginner the art of Wire Writing, and how to make use the wire writing to make Personalized Wire Name Necklaces.

It is aimed at the craft oriented hobbyist and / or entrepreneur. I will tell you firstly what tools and materials you will need, and then some techniques of working with wire and then how to form the letters of the alphabet, Upper Case and lower case.

Wire writing has quite a few applications, but here I will focus on how to make female First Names, and then make them into Name Necklaces to be worn.

This is a craft that has been around for a long time, and I wish to teach it to as many people as possible.

I started out in 1985 with this venture and have never looked back. The skill has provided me income for almost 30 years, and although you can treat this skill as a hobby the option is open to you to make an income from it, depending on your level of skill.

My goal is that by the end of the course you will be able to write proficiently in wire using the English Alphabet.

There are so many options once you learn the skill. Recently I learned the skill of Making jewelry encased in resin. Which has opened up a whole new arena of the items you can make with wire writing. Just as an example, any wrist wire writing jewelry is much better when encased in resin so it doesn't catch on clothing.

I will be making another course on resin jewelry to add to my this course and my other course (Part 2).

Who this course is for:

  • Intended for craft oriented people, hobbyists and anyone who wants to create personalized gifts for their relatives and friends. Also this craft can be sold commercially, so anyone who has the mind to make some money with this craft can do so.
