Description

The ability to write concisely is an essential skill in our information-rich world.

Whether you’re writing texts, emails, or social media posts, you need to get to the point and communicate your message quickly.

In this short course, Neil will demonstrate how to edit your writing effectively, so that you can keep your messaging concise.

You will learn:

· how to cut out unnecessary words and keep sentences to a minimum

· techniques that bring focus to your ideas

· the art of creating a quick first draft

· how to edit effectively, knowing what to cut out and what to keep

When you have learned this valuable skill, you will find that your messaging gets a much better response. Your writing is more likely to engage people and get noticed. And people will be more likely to respond to your messaging because they won’t have to read lots of unnecessary waffle!

Bear in mind this is a short course, so we don’t go into too much depth. But you’ll be able to start using the techniques you learn straight away…and notice the difference.

I've also included a few videos with quick tips on how to improve other areas of communication.

Stay tuned for more courses coming in 2022!
