Admitting you have a problem is the first step here! We need to accept the situation at hand and work with what we've got. You'll be learning my mantra when it comes to multitasking so you can stop feeling overwhelmed by your life and guilty that you're not nailing it. We'll also work on expectations and prioritization.
Your new normal is not going to look like your old normal. We're going to dive into the uncertainty surrounding us and make space in our brains to brainstorm new ways to manage the unique situation we're in.
Working parents--we need to stop feeling guilty about screen time right now. It may be the only way you're able to maintain your career and your sanity in this moment. I'll share with you some of my favorite screen time options for keeping kids engaged, learning, and (hopefully) quiet during your important meetings!
In this section, we'll discuss the importance of flexibility with our schedule and ourselves. We'll also practice some mindset shifts to give ourselves a more positive outlook on the situation at hand.
Self-care isn't selfish! Taking care of yourself during this time is not only important, it's essential. You can't be a good parent, a good employee, a good spouse, etc. if you're not taking care of you. We'll go over identifying what self-care means to you during COVID and how to incorporate some care into your day each day.

I’ll also talk about mindset and focus so you can stop feeling guilty about not giving enough of yourself to your job, your kids, your spouse, or even yourself. At the end of this course, you'll be more productive and organized without feeling overwhelmed and tirelessly busy. You'll learn strategies you can implement TODAY that will make a difference in the way you parent, the way you work, the way you show up in your relationship, and the way you show up for yourself.
