  • Introduction5:48

Many of us dream of starting our own business. But for people with disabilities and carers, there are still far too many barriers in the way.

In this short introduction, I’ll share a little about my background — working with Deaf entrepreneurs here in the UK and also as an international trainer for global brands.

My goal is to show you that nothing is impossible when the right support and foundations are in place. This course will give you practical tools, marketing skills, and the confidence to start building your own path to online success.

    You too can do this.?

Download the free workbook to help you.

  • Module: 1: Getting The House In Order10:55

You'll understand that setting up the right foundations and support helps keep their business organised, reduces overwhelm, and improves customer satisfaction — leading to increased sales.

If you haven't already you can download the workbook.?

  • Module 2: How Do We Understand The Customer7:22

In this Module, you'll learn how to understand the customer by applying the 5 W’s — Who, What, Why, When, and Where. This alll helps to identify your customers' needs. It also helps with building stronger connections with them (which means they are more likely to buy from you).

If you haven't already you can download the workbook.?

  • Module 3: Branding, Positioning and Objectives6:04

You need to be aiming at the right customers. In this module, you'll learn about brand values, how to position your product or service in the marketplace, and how to set clear objectives. That may sound terribly complicated but I've included chocolate examples in the module which is worth looking out for to make the information sweeter.?

  • Module 4: The Customer Journey9:44

In this Module, you'll discover how to capture customer attention by understanding the customer journey. What do they do on a typical day and how do we reach them for example when they are brushing their teeth?

We'll start exploring different marketing and communication methods to get in front of them effectively.

  • Module 5: Types Of Content8:02

You'll understand the different types of content and some creative ways of getting your service or product noticed.

  • Module 6: Creating Content8:47

In this Module, we’ll explore how to create content in a way that works best for you, helping you stay organised and avoid overwhelm. You don't need to be, for instance, posting every day on Social Media.

  • Module 7: Testing and Budgets5:47

In this Module, you'll learn how to track and evaluate your marketing to make sure it’s effective. Small tweaks can make a big difference in turning prospects into customers, so you’ll discover how to optimise your efforts without giving up.

You’ll need some money to get your business started, and it can be tempting to spend too much on advertising. In this module, we’ll cover the essential costs to consider - even on a small budget - so you can invest wisely without breaking the bank.

  • Review6:36

In this module, we’ll gently recap the course content. You’ll see how having the right foundations and support in place can help you achieve your business goals.
