Requirements
- Use email to sign up and register on various advertising websites (I will give you the names of the websites and walk you through the steps of creating and posting the ads)
- An active Facebook account is helpful with a basic understanding of joining groups
- A digital camera, or smartphone camera to take pictures of your rental property. You must know how to download photos from your phone/camera to your computer. (We will be using these photos to create our online ads)
Description
My name is Brad Lindley. I have been managing rental property for 6 years. As a licensed Realtor for the past 4 years, I have managed over 50 rental properties for clients across Louisiana. I currently have twenty-five 5-star reviews on Zillow. I also own a fourplex, a single family home, and 4 mobile homes that are all tenant occupied. I know landlords and I know tenants from all walks of life, and more importantly, I know what they are looking for and what they are thinking.

My name is Brad Lindley. I graduated from LSU in 2008 with a degree in business management. In 2011, at the age of 25, I purchased my first 4plex as my primary residence. In 2012 I got my Real Estate License and began to professionally manage 50 residential rentals and 13 homeowner associations. In 2014 I began investing in, and managing mobile homes.
I am creating courses to share my experience. I find that most real estate gurus don't actually practice what the preach, and in some cases don't even own property! I live it and breath it daily. I wish that I could have started with someone my age teaching me the basics. Learn from my experience and profit.
