Description

This course was originally conceived for the person who is now, or plans on, receiving therapy, hypnotherapy or psychotherapy services for any purpose. At some point it occurred to me that life itself is a form of "therapy" if we learn to tune into it that way. I have since included other lectures for the person devoted to "self-help" in place of more traditional forms of therapy.

The average cost of a therapy session is between $200 and $500 per hour. This course will more than pay for itself if you save even a few precious minutes of your therapy by understanding the process and adjusting your thinking to get the most out of your therapy. This course is NOT therapy, and it does NOT substitute therapy. This course does help you get the most out of your therapy.

The course is delivered in a fashion analogous to actual therapy sessions themselves: you will feel as though you are sitting across a hypnotherapist who is explaining to you how to maximize the benefits of each session, and the process as a whole. There are no fancy visual effects in this course, as there are none in the typical therapy session.

For many years we noticed that not all students in our hypnotherapy classes intended to practice the profession professional. When asked, they said that they wanted to improve their understanding of themselves, or the hypnotherapy process itself.

Despite the obvious need for a course designed for the current or prospective user, or consumer, of hypnotherapy, we could find none. This course therefore meets an important need. As hypnotherapy becomes more mainstream each day, and a more important tool used by millions in the improvement of their lives and the resolution of problems, it becomes imperative to maximize the utility of the clinical encounter and process. To that end, professional hypnotherapists all over the world are advancing their skills to unprecedented levels.

When clients understand the process of therapy more clearly, they participate actively in the achievement of their goals and resolution of their problems. Therein lies the struggle for the client, however: finding the right balance between surrendering to the process and micromanaging each aspect of it.

This is where this course excels, in giving you some broad ideas to ponder upon, to reflect, to think about, that will help you find that center for you.

This course is about what you can do to maximize the benefit of any therapy for you. By taking this course you will be more likely to achieve your purpose for your therapy, feel good about yourself while in therapy, and absolutely save a whole lot of time, money and frustration. A must for anyone contemplating therapy, or currently in therapy.

Having conducted over 44000 individual therapy sessions over 28 years, my heart goes out to all people who embark on this most wonderful journey. Finally, I must say that I am an avid consumer of therapy myself, so I "feel" the process from both sides of the therapeutic space.

Blessings,

Flavio
