So how do you actually go about talking to a school, a sports club or a parent of the bully? Getting the best possible advantage.

How you structure a follow-on meeting with the school especially if you feel that nothing has been resolved. This includes the discussion with the school, the school policy and how best to get the result for your child.
So do you try to talk to the parents of the child that is bullying your child and what do you say?
Schools that should have a bullying policy and regulated procedures for dealing with bullying but what about other organizations such as sports clubs and other clubs that may have semi-professionals or volunteers such as parents being responsible for assisting you with a bullying issue.

You need to know what help is out there for you and your child including professional assistance to resolve a bullying environment. There is a lot of help available so don't be afraid to ask the right person for the right reasons.
If you do come face to face with a child that has bullied your child you need to ensure you get the best possible result from the meet for your child.
Cyberbullying can even affect young children. You need to understand what dangers and vulnerabilities your child can be exposed to. You need to know when to police it and how to protect them,
Your child is recovering from a very difficult situation. You need to recap what happened and how it has affected your child's life. There are a number of key things you need to understand and do. After you have watched the lecture you need to implement these actions.
How can other adults in your child's live help your child? Who should you tell? Who should you ask to get involved? This lecture will explain what can be effective.
After a bullying incident, both your child and yourself will have learned a lot about the subject. You can use this information and your experiences to help any other children you have or know going forward.
Once a bullying incident has been resolved how do you monitor your child without overpowering them (the helicopter parent)... When a child is too young to talk about the complex issues around bullying it can be easier to communicate by drawing. We have included some examples and worksheets that you can download and use with your child. Over time we will be adding additional worksheets so do pop back in to check from time to time.
