Famous Mastermind groups of the past.
Some common questions I get about Mastermind groups and about starting one.
The members of a Mastermind group are everything. If you do not have the right mix of people in your group it will not be successful. I show you what traits to look for in finding the ideal Mastermind group member.
In this video I show you how to start organizing and shaping what your Mastermind group will look like.
Finding Mastermind group members is harder than you think. It's easy to find people that are interested, but difficult to truly find the kind of people you want in your group. I show you what I have done in the past to find quality members for my Mastermind group.
In this video I explain how I run my Mastermind group meetings. A typical Mastermind group meeting of mine will look like this:
Meeting Time 6pm-9pm
6:00-6:30pm - Eat dinner together and casual networking
6:30 - 8:30pm - Round table discussion. Each members gets 15-20 minutes from the group to help with their challenge
8:30-8:45pm - Group announcements, new member discussions, etc
8:45-9:00pm - Partner accountability pairing for a mid-month call or meeting
*Each member receives an email with the meeting agenda a few days before the meeting. This agenda is also printed and given to all members at the meeting as well as an updated copy of the yearly goal tracking sheet so everyone can see each other's progress towards their yearly goal.
Closing thoughts and motivation to get started in creating your own Mastermind group.
A true Mastermind group is a way for a business owner or business professional to not only grow their business, but to grow personally. Being part of a Mastermind group is like having your own dedicated team of people who's only goal is to help you succeed. What business owner wouldn't want to be part of something like that? By sadly, most business owners don't even know what a Mastermind group really is, let alone be a member of one.
A good Mastermind group can be hard to find and most Mastermind groups that you do find are not really Mastermind groups, just referral or networking groups in disguise. Why not start your own mastermind group, one that can help you grow your business (and yourself) in ways you could never do alone.
In this course I will teach you how to start your own Mastermind group and how to recruit high quality members. I'll also show you why starting your own Mastermind group is the key to growing your business as well as yourself as an entrepreneur. I also share my personal experiences as being part of several Mastermind groups over the past 10 years as well as starting my own successful Mastermind group.
Benefits of a Mastermind Group:
Having your own private board of directors who are dedicated to helping you succeed
Being able to speak candidly about your most pressing business issues and concerns without fear of judgement
Having a group of peers to talk to with no agenda but to bring the best out of you
Surrounding yourself with other serious business owners who want are seeking business and personal growth
