Description
This course will take someone who has never meditated to doing there first meditation within an hour. I will answer the most common questions about starting a meditation practice, such as:
1) What position should I use when meditating?
2) What am I supposed to be thinking about when I meditate?
3) What if my mind wanders off while I'm meditating?
4) Do I have to breath any certain way to meditate?
By the end of the course, you will be meditating, and you won't have to worry if you are doing it right or not. I will also set you on the right track to a successful meditation practice that you can stick to.

As the owner of Etheria Wellness, she leads live classes on holistic topics such as meditation, mindfulness, and healthy living in her local area. As an RN, Melissa believes in the scientific method and only teaches on holistic topics that are backed by scientific research. She is an actively practicing Registered Nurse.
