How many of us have had great ideas that if put into practice, could be a sustainable business and additional income. But for time constraints, lack of knowledge, or daily routine we don't follow through with them?
In this course, you will learn how to develop, nurture and grow an idea from the ground up to develop a business whether you are a first-time or seasoned business owner.
When you complete the course, you will be able to have an entrepreneurial mindset, generate and validate new business ideas, organise yourself efficiently, and benefit from real company techniques to put your idea into practice.
To begin this course, we will go over some basic concepts that you should know before starting a new business venture. Following that, I will walk you through the process of generating and validating a business concept with a practical methodology so you can work on your business plan on the go.
In the following section, we will next go through how to create suitable and reachable objectives from planning to budgeting so you can have an MVP ready to test. (Don't know what an MVP is? don't worry ,we'll cover all of that in this module)
The course concludes with some marketing and branding strategies to round up the whole concept of your business. I will provide super easy to use tools so you can create your own assets for social media platforms, web pages and product design.
The ideal student for this course is anyone that has an idea willing to try out and by building small projects, you can eventually transform your idea into a proper business. They key to any successful business venture, is to start!
