Thank you so much for taking your time and trusting us to help you finally get rid of that sciatica pain and get back to being strong and mobile. Sciatica pain is very common and very misunderstood. Watch the next section to learn more about what it is and why we get it.
Here we will explain to you where most sciatica pain comes from. The term itself, "Sciatica" doesn't really mean anything by a pain in the buttock and leg. It has no information about what is causing the pain. Most commonly this pain will be from a disc bulge or herniated disc pressing on a nerve root. See from the attached picture how the pressure on the nerve root can cause symptoms far away from the lower back.
Here we go through some of the common misunderstandings and misconceptions about what Sciatica is and is not and where it comes from.
We dive deeper into the causes of Sciatica so you can understand why the repeated movements in the next section are so important.
This is probably the most important video in entire course. This move alone has helped thousands of people with this condition fully resolve the pain. Pay attention to the details in this one and really use the repeated in lying extension movement for a good couple of days to really assess whether or not it will be right for you.
Use bottoms-up flexion in lying to open the lower lumbar spine joints, perform high-repetition knee-to-chest movements, monitor leg symptoms, and retest to guide progression.
Learn flexion in lying with overpressure and standing flexion to tension and mobilize the sciatic nerve. Use nerve flossing to free adhesions and remodel tissue over weeks toward function.
This is the first progression of exercises to perform once you've got the majority of the pain reduced and centralized. Remember, you don't have to be pain free to start doing some of these exercises but make sure that the most distal (farthest away) pain remains gone when doing these.
Returning to Squatting and Deadlifting are vital moves in getting your core strong getting your overall fitness and life back. Practice these moves often and pat attention to the form in the video. You don't have to have any weights for these, but you can add weight as you're able.
Explore core-focused exercise progression, moving from squats and deadlifts to loaded planks and dynamic variations like mountain climbers, hip extensions, and side planks, then rotate with band resisted off-press exercises.
We absolutely loved having you with us for this course. Please contact us with ANY questions or comments. If you found benefit from this course, please recommend it to another and leave a review.

Living with Sciatica and other pain caused by a bulging or herniated disc can be very frustrating. The term Sciatica is thrown around the medical community quite a lot and can often be misunderstood by those suffering from it. If you believe you have this or have been diagnosed with Sciatica and have NOT found relief with the common treatment of medication, rest, injections, and crappy Physical Therapy or Chiropractic, than this course is for you.
We take the very same process that we've been using for 15 years to help individuals just like yourself finally solve the Sciatica problem. It is most commonly due to a soft tissue or disc injury in the low back (lumbar spine). Understanding how this affects the Sciatic nerve and how to move in an appropriate direction to reduce the soft tissue is key to finally fixing the issue.
Come with us as we take you through the steps of first understanding what Sciatica is, how to identify your correct movement, how to use that movement to fix your pain, and then how to get strong with a series of specific exercises.
There is a lot of information out there about different treatments and methods to solve this problem. If you have pain that is intermittent and changes with certain times of day, movements, positions, or activities, and you believe that you can get better, this course is for you.
