Description

Hello. I was addicted to video games for most of my life. I've played them for 8 hours per day and I regret the time I've wasted on them. It was compulsive and I couldn't control myself

I struggled a long time to quit playing games and in this course I want to teach you everything you need to know to manage video game addiction

This program is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. (ACT). ACT is essentially an upgraded version of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which focuses on identifying what you want your life to be about (Identifying your values) and on teaching you mindfulness skills.

Mindfulness skills  teach you how to experience urges and negative emotions without being controlled by them. The only way to really train these skills is to practice meditation. That's why this course has a lot of those.

I will also teach you numerous urge management techniques  from several different disciplines.

I'm confident that this course will help you manage your video game addiction and live a happy productive life. The cool thing about mindfulness skills is that they not only help you with managing your addictive urges. They will also help you with your depression and stress and with self-discipline.

Who this course is for:

  • This course is for everyone who's addicted to video games. If you regularly play video games for more than 6 hours per day. Chances are you're addicted to them.
