Social Media is a great place to network with like-minded mothers and also form reassurance and understanding that you're not the only one with your current circumstances. there so many tips on how to deal with a certain situation. A healthy balance is also required as it can also be detrimental. Subconsciously we start to compare and put pressure on ourselves constantly seek instant gratification.
communication is the most important factor in every aspect of your life. It allows you to be heard. if you don't communicate with people it will be hard to be understood.
speak and connect with other mothers. There are network events, social media, mothers meet up. Networking gives you something to look forwards to.
Recovery is a process that will take longer then it needs to. Don't rush or stress to be fully recovered. sometimes this is a complete transformation for you. If you rush this it is highly likely that it would create an imbalance. Imbalances manifest in forms of symptoms of depression.
The mind is the only tool that will see you through any situation. If you train your mind to constantly overcome your challenges, your mind will constantly pull you through any challenge.
Your Subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between whats real and what's not. Affirmations and self-talk allow your mind to attract to everything you tell it to.
Being organised allows you to coordinate and prioritize your task accordingly. it gives you time to factor in important things and reduces the chance of you forgetting and becoming disorientated.
living in the past robs your time, the reason why you cant appreciate or be grateful of what you have now because your past has your attention. It's robbing your happiness.
You would think your loved ones would be the ones that make you happy. However, it is your duty to fulfill your happiness. Happiness is a choice. Get away from distraction, entitlement, and people that don't have good intentions for you.
at the end of every challenge is a life skill gained. Challenges strengthen us. we are bigger snd greater than our challenges. A challenge can only be a challenge. How we manage our challenges depends on our perception.
It's easy to give out advice because naturally, we want the best for others especially loved ones. You'll find that most of the time we have answers for our own challenges but we undervalue our will-power to overcome challenges.
