Learn how to stop emotionally eating and bingeing with this 4-part video masterclass. I'll teach you 5 steps to stop bingeing due to emotions plus MORE! We'll talk specifically about how to cope when you're stressed, sad, tired and bored instead of going to food to numb out.
The course is broken into 4 parts:
PART 1: An introduction into the course + beginning to envision what life will feel like beyond binge-eating
PART 2: The 5-step, proven framework to use when 'big' emotions are driving you to binge eat.
PART 3: Diving into more detail on each of those 4 aforementioned emotions and how to apply them to the 5-step framework.
PART 4: How to take your healing journey further so binge eating isn't a part of your life anymore.
What to Expect:
The 4-part series is delivered through a video slideshow masterclass. There will be subtitles in English already applied. The video is in total 45 minutes long. There will be journaling prompts (so have a notepad and pen ready) along with a 3-minute visualisation exercise (so preferably watch Part 1 in a quiet place where you won't be distracted). I will be encouraging you to take actions on the tools I teach - that is really key in making serious change around your mental health and food relationship.
