Description

In this class, you'll learn how to not feel scared when talking to new people face-to-face or on the phone. Instead of avoiding it, you'll learn to enjoy meeting new folks.

We'll show you tricks to help you not feel so nervous about talking to strangers or making cold calls. We'll help you think in a different way, give you things to try, and give you activities to practice so you can get better. Being scared is normal, but we'll teach you how to use it to be more friendly and confident. You'll learn to see being uncomfortable as a chance to get better.

Your ideas about meeting people will change. Instead of feeling scared, you'll feel brave. You won't have to guess what to say or worry about what might happen when you talk. You'll feel sure enough to keep a conversation going and become really good at small talk.

You'll learn to talk to new people naturally without using memorized lines or scripts. You'll learn how to talk in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable and happy.

Practice what you'll say until it feels easy, but be ready to change if needed during a real talk. If someone says no, don't take it personally. Each no helps you get closer to a yes.

To make good first impressions, you need to be honest and interested in the person you're talking to. Approach each talk with curiosity and really listen to what the other person says. Ask good questions and show you care.

And remember, it's important to celebrate when you do well, even if it's just a little thing. Notice when you get better and keep going. If you keep trying, you'll get less scared and more confident. Enjoy getting better at making cold calls, knowing each call helps you reach your goals.
