Description

This course provides students with a brief history and benefits of meditation.  It walks students through the steps of meditating, and with practice will promote the mastery of this ancient practice.  This form of meditation has successfully opened the third eye of many individuals who practice daily.  The third eye opening is also considered Awakening because it allows you to see hidden agendas, energetic fields and unspoken truths.  Learning this ancient form of meditation will change your life, increase your insight and calm you down.  It will make you aware of your own heart, mind and internal thoughts, as well as those around you.

Meditation can be used to raise your spiritual vibration and elevate your frequency. You will notice that you are more loving, connected to the earth, plants and animals.  You may also notice that you had spiritual gifts that were dormant in  you and the meditation will reveal those gifts to you.  Meditation prepares you for regression hypnosis because it releases your fears and anxiety.  You become more comfortable with the higher realms.  You understand that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience.

A guided meditation video  that will enhance the students ability to maintain focus and concentration during their meditation practice has been attached for continued practice.  Students will use this 15-minute video for mastery.  It will allow them to practice maintaining focus and concentration.  It will walk them through everything that is being taught here.
