Description

We want our children to be independent learners.  We want them to be able to do their homework by themselves.  Why is that so difficult?

There are lots of easy strategies to get your child understanding and doing their math, writing (with or without the help of AI), and learning languages.  And their strengths in the Arts and Sports may make the whole thing easier!  It all comes down to breaking problems into the appropriate steps and dealing with them in the right sequence.

The course describes the ways in which Mathematics, Reading and Writing, and Language Studies can be difficult, including perspectives on concepts, vocabulary and procedures.  In some cases we are facing biological challenges and in others, psychological.  Once we understand our challenges, we can seek a strategy to overcome them.

Course designer Adam Cole (aka The Learning Coach) covers all of these topics with equal ease.  If you've always been afraid of math, or hate reading and writing, or stumble over a foreign language, you'll find the explanations easy to follow, and encouraging!  In addition, if you've always been an artistic or athletic type who shuns traditional learning, you may find you're in a better position than you thought to learn.
