
Assemble the top pod on the quadcopter base plate with the camera shroud and top plate, install standoffs, and secure screws with thread locker.
Test the flight controller with beta flight via USB, set the 5-volt receiver power by soldering pads, then install the controller in the frame with correct orientation and securing screws.
Install frame arm protectors, align indents and screw holes, then mount motors with thread locker to prevent vibration, checking screws don't protrude before tightening. Repeat for the remaining motors.
Wire and test the electronic speed controllers with the motors and flight controller, verify motor directions using beta flight and dshot600, and secure heat shrink and cables for reliability.
Install and secure the receiver in the quadcopter frame, mount it above the flight controller, and solder the loom to ground, 5 volts, telemetry, and S bus pads.
Install the fpv camera by mounting the bracket on the frame, then trim and solder the camera loom to the flight controller pads for power, ground, and video.
Install the video transmitter into the top pod and wire the loom to the flight controller, soldering the video and telemetry wires and securing the assembly with heat shrink.
Update the video receiver to firmware 3.7 via furious fpv, flash with the x loader on the correct com port and baud, then set fat shark channels 1,3,5,7.
