In this lesson, we'll start working on loving our voice. In order to do that, we need to start appreciating it and accepting that the sound we hear when we speak or sing will be different from our recorded voices.
Loving your voice has to do with acceptance and gratitude. With learning how to love yourself by understanding that you are not your voice. Your voice is a gift, is a tool that you can learn how to use.
The way your voice sounds today is mostly the result of how you're using it. You can improve your sound by learning how to analyze your voice without being emotional about it and then, learning how to use it in a more productive way.
When you learn to love your voice you're on your way to loving and accepting yourself. When you stop judging your voice, you're on your way to self-love and self acceptance. Then you can stop being too hard on yourself and you will fell more confident. You don't need to criticize yourself when rejecting your voice. You'e on your way to learn how to do this!
