In this video I explain what a unconscious limiting belief is and what is does. Uncovering these beliefs gives us tremendous insight so we can clear them and take our power back to live a more authentic abundant and happier life. Answer these answers in your journal so you can refer to them during this course.
This is a belief profile. It is really important that you are honest and quick with your answers as first response if often the most authentic. This belief profile offers valuable information so you can get to know yourself inside and out. Once we have this information we will use it in various exercises to clear away blocks to self love.
What is a belief?
An idea, perception, thought or impression either conditioned or self made.

10.What is your relationship or experience with each of your children if you have any? What would you like to change?

13. What is your relationship with sex? What would you like to change?
14. What is your relationship or experience with your age?

Lastly remember all beliefs can be changed. Just like a computer has data we can reprogram, rewrite your beliefs system.
How we will use journaling is by prompted questions. By journaling we can change the neural pathways in the brain to create a new feeling about our self. You can journal on the same subject everyday and more insights will come up. Consistent journaling has been scientifically proven to use as a healing modality. Watch this as it explains more. Only 2 minutes a day is all it takes. Or Google the benefits of Journaling to see dozens of scientific evidence. Its important to do one per day so you can integrate what comes through when pen meets the paper. Feel free to journal for more than 2 minutes as you want to allow things to flow. If you get stuck write that until something changes.

Energy Psychology is a powerful tool we will use in the next section to clear unwanted blocks to self love by creating positive statements. Using this process just like law of attraction. Look at the belief profile you filled out and take a belief that is limiting you about how you look or feel about your body. When following Mary-Anne on the video in the next section feel into the feeling that is causes you when you notice that belief.
You can use this Video as often as you like. Using your belief profile choose any limiting beliefs that you have about yourself, then feel into the feeling it creates in your body place your attention on it and go ahead and tap it out! You can also use EFT to Lift your frequency as well. Even if you Tap on the points saying I am happy and well this will shift your energy to feel better. A great way to experience this is to ask yourself out of 10 after each tapping round how to feel now. Great better 10.
Where ever we place our attention, our energy flows. And, remember that emotions are energy is motion. When feelings get stuck they cause us great stress and discomfort. This attention exercise is designed to bring your attention back to yourself so you can feel connected to yourself supported and loved.
Place your attention in the centre of your chest. This is your heart chakra and offers tremendous self love. Every-time you notice you are having unwanted thoughts or feeling stress in any way, bring your attention to your heart area. Even place your hand on this area and simply take a breath. This practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress. Watch the following video to see the demonstration.
In this video we re-align your energy system in the body. By doing so you will be able to connect deep within to remind yourself you are deeply loved. Do this lying down before bed. The more we connect within the more empowered we become.
Now its time to create a daily practicing so you can practice a brilliant way to be human. These practices will cultivate self love. Just like building a muscle we need to exercise a practice to achieve what we want to experience. Here are some practical ideas and recommendations only. Being Grateful. Do this by keeping a gratitude journal, or speaking out loud a complete list.
Journaling when upset or feeling separate using this prompt. 'What I am feeling right now is?'
Journal every morning for 2 minutes using this prompt 'Today I have a choice.....'
Laughter, Watching funny videos, comedy, movies.
Using Pink Rock Salt on Food to lift your vibration. Or bath in 4 Tbsp once a week at least.
EFT Tapping every week, daily of possible. You can use the tapping video provided and each time you will go to a deeper layer. There are also many video on U tube to chose from.
