Hey - and welcome to my profile!
I'm Amanda and I'm an audit manager at a Big 4 Accounting company in London. Upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 23, I received a triple promotion to become an Audit Manager - one of my biggest achievements to date.
Despite only being 26, I have been leading and managing teams at the company for several years. I have led multiple high performing teams simultaneously which vary in size (from a team of 3 to a team of 15).
I love project management and ensuring all of my teams feel included during their time working on my projects. I wanted to pass on my knowledge of leading teams effectively and getting the most out of your employees which is why I have decided to launch a course on Udemy.
