Instructor
Teresa Trower is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Coach in Florida where she specializes in Anxiety and Personal Growth.
After receiving her B.S. and Masters degrees from Oklahoma State University and the University of North Florida, she taught Social Studies and served as an Elementary School Guidance Counselor. During this time, Teresa was named Teacher of The Year, and was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation from Alpha Delta Kappa for her counseling work with children and adults.
Teresa enjoys writing and has authored several counseling publications for both children and adults including "The Self Control Patrol", a board game and workbook, and "Meaningful Meditation”, a meditation journal series.
She enjoys speaking on the topics of Stress, Meditation, and Personal Growth..
Teresa completed the "Lifestyle Coach Training Diabetes Prevention Program" from the Centers for Disease Control and Health Promotion (CDC).
