Moodle is a free and open-source learning management system written in PHP and distributed under the GNU General Public License. Moodle is used for blended learning, distance education, flipped classroom and other online learning projects in schools, universities, workplaces and other sectors.


Claroline is a collaborative eLearning and eWorking platform (learning management system) released under the GPL open-source license. It allows organizations to create and administer courses and collaboration spaces over the web.


Chamilo is a free software (under GNU/GPL licensing) e-learning and content management system, aimed at improving access to education and knowledge globally.


Opigno is a LMS on Drupal, developed and maintained by Connect-i. Opigno has been design to be fully integrated with any Drupal platform (website, intranet, extranet, …) and offer a maximum flexibility to be extended. It is released under the GNU GPLv3 licence.
