I know you will learn a lot of new things for installing standard 3-way light switches as well as installing 3-way dimmer light switches & why & where you might decide to install a few new 3-way dimmer switches.
VideoJoe has found 2 places in the Condo he renovated for where he thought he could install 2 3-way dimmer switches so that is what this video course is about & he will be showing you step by step for how YOU can accomplish similar things at your house.
Keep watching as the more you watch the more you learn...
That completes this video course! I hope you have learned some new skills you can put to the test at your house when it comes time for 3-way dimmer switches & why you might want to install one...or two.
Just know VideoJoe is just an average Joe so if he can do it then YOU can do it too.
Hope to see you again on another video course.
Keep it going!
Hmmm why on earth would you need to install a few 3-way dimmer light switches anyway? Good question because most 3-way light switches are not dimmable. VideoJoe will be installing 2 different 3-way dimmer switches & if you watch the preview video you will get an idea why you might want to install a 3-way dimmer light switch.
Now on a set of existing standard style 3-way light switches, you really don't have to replace both light switches with 2 different 3-way dimmer switches as you can just pick & choose which standard 3-way light switch you would like to remove to install a 3-way dimmer switch for example.
In the middle of the night if you need to get up & go down a hall to the kitchen for example, you could just hit the 3-way dimmer wall switch that is already in the dim location so when you turn the lights on the lights are dim as to not shock you to where you have to squint every time you turn on the hall lights for instance.
That's what VideoJoe wants to do & then if you are on a second floor & need to go down a flight of stairs to the kitchen, you could install another 3-way dimmer switch for those lights too.
So if you choose to sigh up for this video course (& I hope you do), you will learn a few new things for why & where you might decide to install a few 3-way dimmer switches.
Hope to see you!
