Dr Smith has completed her PhD Education, Curriculum Design and Development.
Dr Deborah J Smith designed curricula across industries including occupational training as well as the scholastic environment. Occupational curricula includes individual levels, small to medium enterprises and national departments.
She is a Skill Auditor, Performance Analyst, Trainer, Assessor and Moderator.
She conducted in-depth research on the underlying theories and competencies of the 21st Century Skills.
Dr. Smith is passionate about education and training and wishes to empower others in obtaining the same.
