My name is Julia, I am a psychologist and throughout the years I've been studying hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and a lot of different spiritual practices.
In this course, I am combining everything that I've learned, so I can guide you through the difficult time after a break-up. A break-up is never easy, no matter who initiates it, whether it was you who ended the relationship or your partner, it's very emotional nonetheless and it is so important to deal with these emotions healthily and productively.
You can consider this as a mini course, I will give you 21 tasks, easy steps that you can follow daily.
I will guide you every step of the way, showing you spiritual practices and routines that will help you, not just for getting over a break-up, but will help elevate your mood, boost your self-esteem and raise the frequency of your vibration.

Also, my goal is for you to learn to love yourself more and to build stronger self-esteem.

My name is Julia, I am a psychologist, spiritual coach, and hypnotherapist. In my sessions, I combine elements from everything that I’ve learned and studied through the years.
I’m qualified in psychology, but wouldn’t call myself a traditional psychologist. I like the therapeutic process to be free and deeply personalized. We are all unique and I want to help people without trying to apply any kind of “magic formula”.
Hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) are some of my favorite forms of therapy and proven to have fantastic results. I’m confident in my ability to effectively deliver these techniques and I am sure they can provide great benefits.
Since I was a young girl, I’ve always been passionate about psychology, astrology, spirituality, past lives, and all the “mysterious” things in the world. I’m fascinated by the power of our mind, the power of our thinking, and have discovered so many things that our mind can do in order for us to live our best life.
I strongly believe that we are what we think. With the power of our mind, we can heal our bodies, our emotional pain and we can manifest wonderful things into our lives.
