As a skinny Ectomorph myself, I've spent years trying to understand my body type. I've done TONS of personal experiments and have learned a lot along the way. Not to mention, I've gained about 35 pounds of muscle!
I wanted to create a course with as much information as I could possibly squeeze in. I've also designed it to be compatible with anyone. Whether you're a lifter with access to lots of gym equipment, or a total beginner without any equipment at all, this course will work for all of you!

Instructor
My name is Eric and I'm just an ordinary guy trying to optimize my life through nutrition, fitness, goals and new experiences. I've been a passionate filmmaker for most of my life, always looking for a new project. I'm also dedicated to health and fitness, always trying to stay up to date on the latest science. Not only for my future clients and students, but for my own personal health as well.
For most of my life I was underweight, I had no confidence, and was very unhealthy. As a 6 foot tall adult, I weighed only 130 pounds. I became determined to understand how I could possibly gain some muscle and feel confident in my body.
Fast forward to today, I weigh about 175 pounds and feel strong and healthy. I've discovered what it takes to successfully gain weight as an Ectomorph (skinny guy), and I believe it's my mission to teach others how to do the same!
