Closing of a project is the most ignored part of project management, because it is the most misunderstood part of project management. But closing promotes project knowledge transfer and the build up of historical files at the organization. New project managers, learn from the final reports created during closing domain. The data is also a value for the organization. A very important one to improve good project management and maximize the value in return from the projects. Closing of a project, is where project deliverables are formally handed over to the customer. Receipts are issued, payments are finalized and sometimes procurement is closed in the closing phase.

Her experience and understanding of how to build businesses from ground zero, has led to many companies reaching out for advice.
