Course Tips:
Identify an area to complete work. Do not mix areas if possible. Don’t do work in bed or on your couch. Reserve those areas for rest and relaxation.
Keep a clean and clutter free environment to minimize potential distractions.
Put your devices on silent.
Have water ready to stay hydrated and reduce the amount of times you need to get up from your working area.
