Healthcare Systems do not work properly in most countries. A lot of people are left behind, and the systems are usually extremely inefficient. On top of that, a lot of money is wasted. We also do not optimize the right things when it comes to healthcare. Using a rigorous approach from management consulting, you can drastically improve the situation and help increase productivity in the whole economy. Why have I decided to create this course?
The healthcare system is a complicated system that is difficult to optimize. You have to look not only at the direct effect but also at different externalities. The situation is also very dynamic and depends heavily on demographics. That’s why projects devoted to healthcare are extremely difficult. Most firms don’t give you the full toolbox that you need. This may lead to huge frustration during such projects and a lot of inefficiencies.
