Description

This is a short little course showing you how to Handstand and Round off properly. It is easy to learn and the breakdown of this move is broken down into very easy steps. It is useful to have this movement if you are budding martial artist, gymnast, calisthenics, Parkour or a Yogi. It is known to give you strong shoulders, powerful forearms and a strong core.

Handstands is the act of supporting the body in a stable, inverted vertical position by balancing on the hands. In a basic handstand, the body is held straight with arms and legs fully extended, with hands spaced approximately shoulder-width apart and the legs together

The training method emphasizes motor control, and you can apply that to just about any other skill. You’ll also be building strength and balance throughout the body, along with mobility in your wrists, shoulders, and hips. Handstands strengthen pretty much every muscle in your arms, shoulders, and upper body, making them one of the most beneficial upper body exercises you can do. Handstands work your core and improve balance while giving you the benefits of increased circulation and lymph flow. You'll engage your whole body while using your shoulders, arms, core, and back.
